Privacy Policy

We cannot see your wallet.

Last updated 20 July 2026

SafeSend has no server. There is no account, no sign-up and no analytics. Nothing you do in this wallet is sent to us, because there is no “us” to send it to.

What is stored, and where

Everything SafeSend keeps lives in your browser’s extension storage, on your own device:

We cannot read any of it. If you forget your password we cannot help you recover the wallet, and neither can anyone else. There is no reset.

What leaves your device

To show balances and send transactions, SafeSend talks directly to public blockchain infrastructure. These services see your wallet address and your IP address, as they would for any wallet:

ServiceUsed for
solana-rpc.publicnode.comSolana balances and transactions
ethereum-rpc.publicnode.comEthereum balances and transactions
mainnet.base.orgBase balances and transactions
polygon-bor-rpc.publicnode.comPolygon balances and transactions
rpc.monad.xyzMonad balances and transactions
blockstream.infoBitcoin balances and transactions
fullnode.mainnet.sui.ioSui balances
lite-api.jup.agSwap quotes and token lists
api.coingecko.comToken prices

We do not control these services and they have their own privacy policies. SafeSend sends them no personal information beyond what a blockchain request necessarily contains.

What we never do

Permissions, and why each one exists

There is no <all_urls> permission, and no content script runs on the pages you browse.

Reversible transfers

A reversible transfer holds funds in a temporary escrow account that you can recover until the recipient claims it. The escrow’s key is stored in your wallet, encrypted, alongside your other keys.

Treat a claim link like cash. Anyone who has the link can claim that transfer, not only the person you meant to send it to. Do not post one publicly.

This is early software

SafeSend is an independent project in active development. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other wallet, exchange or financial institution. It holds real funds on public networks, its code has not been independently audited, and you use it at your own risk. Nothing here is financial advice.
