Need a hand?

Email supportsafesend@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you. Common questions are answered below.

I forgot my password. Can I get back in?

No. The password encrypts your keys and is never stored anywhere we can reach. If you have your recovery phrase, re-import the wallet and set a new password. Without either, the wallet cannot be recovered — that is the trade-off for being self-custodial.

I sent a protected transfer. How does the other person get it?

They open the claim link in SafeSend and the funds move to them. The link works inside the wallet, not in a normal browser tab — they need SafeSend installed. Until they claim, you can cancel and recover it yourself.

Is the claim link safe to share?

Only with the person you’re paying. In this version the link is bearer money — anyone who has it can claim the transfer. Send it privately and never post it publicly.

Which networks are supported?

Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Base, Sui, Polygon and Monad — all from one recovery phrase. Reversible transfers work on all of them except Sui, which sends directly.

Has the code been audited?

Not yet. SafeSend is early software holding real funds. Start with small amounts you’re comfortable testing with.

Where is my wallet stored?

Encrypted, in your browser’s extension storage, on your device only. See Security and our Privacy Policy for the details.
